Founder Dr. Arielle Hammond is a former school principal who built a multi-site enrichment company, then built the software it needed. Journey to STEAM cut $83K in annual admin costs running on it.
Pricing
Free for businesses. We earn when you earn.
Families pay a small enrops service fee when they register, included in the price they see first, which is common for kids activities and camps. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing. Prefer to cover the fee yourself? Turn it on in settings.
A $240 session: families pay $247.20, or $244.80 by bank. The price families see first is the price they pay.
The service fee is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded.
For schools, PTOs and parks departments
Every provider your kids use, in one place.
School ends at three. Somebody should still know where every child is. When the providers in your building run on enrops, registrations, rosters and pickup details live in one system, set up with our team. No cost to your school, PTO or agency.
Questions operators ask before they sign up
Do I need Stripe?
Yes. enrops uses Stripe so payments go straight to your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank. If you already have Stripe, you connect the account you have. If you don't, you create one during setup. Have your bank account and your EIN ready, or your SSN if you're a sole proprietor.
What does it cost me?
enrops is free for you to use. You pay enrops $0 per transaction on every plan, unless you choose to cover the service fee for your families. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing. Pro is $99 a month if you want the time-saving automations.
Can I move over from Google Forms and Venmo?
Yes, and there's nothing to migrate. Build your next registration on enrops and share the new link. Families notice one thing: they register and pay in the same place. If you want help, send us your current form and we'll draft your first registration.
How fast can I go live?
Creating your first registration takes under 5 minutes. In our July 25, 2026 production test, a new account went from signup to a live registration link in about 3 to 4.5 minutes, with Stripe connected by minute 5 to 7. Stripe's own verification can take longer for some businesses.
Is family data safe?
Card and bank details are handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. Your families' information is used to run your programs. Read exactly what we do, and what we don't claim, on the security page.
Can nonprofits use enrops?
Yes. If families pay a fee for their kids to take part, enrops fits, whether you're a business or a nonprofit. There is no service fee on donations, tips, gift add-ons or $0 registrations.
